- Yes. Every DIMIRA piece is made with natural gemstones. Because they are formed in nature, small variations in color, pattern and inclusions are normal — they are what make each stone one of a kind.
- Are natural gemstones exactly the same as shown in the photos?
- Our photography shows a representative piece. Since every natural stone is unique, the colour, pattern and inclusions of the piece you receive will differ slightly from the images.
- What materials are used in DIMIRA jewelry?
- Our pieces are made with natural gemstones set in sterling silver and gold-plated finishes, chosen for comfortable everyday wear.
- How should I care for my jewelry?
- Keep your jewelry away from perfume, lotion and water, wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing, and store it in the pouch or box it arrived in.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders are prepared in our studio within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
