Most pieces are made to order and leave our studio within 5-7 business days. Limited and high jewelry pieces may take longer; we will always confirm the timing by email.
We ship worldwide with tracked, insured delivery. Typical transit is 3-5 business days within the United States and 7-12 business days internationally.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a piece is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unworn items in their original presentation box can be returned for a refund or exchange.
Custom commissions and engraved pieces are created for you individually and cannot be returned, though we will always help with sizing adjustments.
